I’ve competed in 50+ endurance events, including 23 Ironman and Ironman 70.3 finishes, World Championship qualifiers, and multiple ultra marathons up to 50 miles. As an Ironman Gold All World Athlete, I’ve ranked in the top 1% of my age group, and as a USA Triathlon All-American, I’ve finished in the top 10% nationally.

In 2019, I became an Ironman Certified Coach, turning a passion into a purpose: helping athletes chase their dreams, push their limits, and achieve more than they thought possible.
