I have completed 50+ endurance events. A World Championship Qualifier, a 23x Ironman and Ironman 70.3 finisher. Ironman Gold All World Athlete performing in the top 1% of age group triathletes. As well as USA Triathlon All-American finishing in top 10% of USA Triathlon National Rankings. I have completed up to 50 mile Ultra Marathons

Training for triathlons became more than a hobby in 2019 when I became an Ironman Certified Coach and began helping athletes reach their own dreams and goals.

As an Ironman Certified Coach I have access to the TriDot platform. TriDot is a technology (AI) platform designed for triathlon training. It uses an algorithm-driven approach to create personalized training plans for triathletes of various levels, from beginners to advanced competitors. The system takes into account an individual's performance data, recovery metrics, and personal goals to optimize training schedules, ensuring that athletes train efficiently and effectively. By analyzing vast amounts of data, TriDot aims to enhance performance while reducing the risk of injury and overtraining. It stands out in the sports technology space for its data-driven methodology and focus on triathlon-specific training.
The difference is the level of coach support. THRIVE PLUS includes unlimited communication with me, unlimited training adjustments and review, frequent meetings, and in depth discussions related to training, racing, nutrition, and more. THRIVE ADVANTAGE is limited in support and communication. I review your race schedule and build a comprehensive and structured training plan, however I do not review the plan with the same frequency as with PLUS athletes. ADVANTAGE is designed for athletes who want a world class plan, another set of eyes on their training, but who are more self guided.
